Training Day Sixteen – 3 miles with side pain
After skipping back-to-back training days I finally made it back into the gym. Managed to finish 3 miles in just under 30min which was pretty good considering I walked for .25 miles of it.
I had some side cramps that I tried to run through but only worsened as I continued to run. So, I walked for .25 then started back up after the pain stopped. I felt good so I tried to “kick it up a notch” which allowed me to maintain a decent time.
