Training Day, What Training Day?
Christmas has been good but I have been bad. I have not moved my rear off the couch since Christmas eve. In fact, I think I have gained a little weight to the massive number of Christmas cookies, breads and various other goodies.
It’s time to get back to work because I am running out of training time. The marathon is this month and I doubt sitting around eating will help me prepare. Anyway, back to work. Need to run three miles today.
