My Story & Philosophy

My work didn’t begin with coaching — it began with fixing myself.

I was overweight, struggling with severe menstrual pain that often left me bedridden, and dealing with ongoing hormonal imbalances. Like many, I tried shortcuts, extreme plans, and “quick fixes.” None of them worked long-term.

What did work was learning how the body actually responds to food, training, recovery, and consistency. When my nutrition changed, everything changed — my strength, my energy, my hormones, and my discipline. And none of this came from obsession. Food stopped consuming my thoughts. Life didn’t shrink around rules or restrictions. Nutrition became supportive, not controlling.

Today, I don’t sell motivation or magic plans. I coach structure, biology-aware nutrition, and habits that hold up in real life.Because when the process is right, results stop being fragile. You’ll see my personal transformation in the slide  — not as an inspiration, but as proof of the method I coach.
